The last thing anyone wants to deal with is a car accident. Not only could it be a traumatic experience, it can certainly be deemed a hassle but also potentially an unfamiliar experience for many. At Nashua Collision, our expert staff can assist you through the entire process from the moment your car is on the tow truck or driven to our convenient location at 32 Mason St. in downtown Nashua. We will take the time needed to explain the estimate that was written for you and work with your insurance company, but most importantly, keep you informed throughout the process. We pride ourselves in being upfront and honest with the customer. We encourage you to ask any questions and will be there and advocate for you throughout the entire repair process. From the time your estimate is written to final delivery of your pre-accident condition vehicle, we are there for you, every step of the way.
Our Story
Before moving to Nashua in 1994, Nashua Collision Center was located in Lowell and known as Lowell Collision Center. Since moving to Nashua, we have been Southern NH’s premier auto body and are recommended by many major dealers in the area as well as several national insurance companies. Our shop has state of the art equipment that is constantly being upgraded. We have the latest frame machines, welders, and paint supplies to ensure your vehicle is returned to its pre-accident condition. Our staff is also continuously trained and certified on all new equipment and repair procedures. Even our office staff attend training courses with the technicians that repair your vehicle which results in a more accurate estimate.

Mike Othot
President
Mike has been in the car industry since he turned 16 and has been with Nashua Collision since 2003. Mike is a certified estimator and is also I-Car certified. He spends much of his day coordinating the repair process between the technicians, insurance company, and the customers to ensure the repair process is as smooth and hassle free as possible. In his spare time, Mike likes watching football, cooking and spoiling his Pomeranian – Cleo. He also enjoys vacationing in Aruba.
Nikki Wilde
Vice President
Nikki has been with Nashua Collision since June, 2000. Nikki is a certified estimator and has recently attended the Section 609 Certification. Feel free to contact Nikki with any questions throughout the repair process from questions on the estimate, the repair itself, insurance claims, and even your rental vehicle. In her spare time, Nikki is an avid hockey fan, loves going on cruises and travelling in general and enjoys training and working with her dogs.
Sharon Fairweather-McCarter
Office Assistant
Sharon started with Nashua Collision in February 2017. Being new to the car industry she has made great strides in learning the business and managing all the paperwork for the customers and insurance companies. Sharon schedules vehicles, is usually the friendly voice on the phone when you call with any questions you might have regarding the estimate, rental, and estimated completion date. She is an avid wine lover and a proud mother of two daughters whom she is currently preparing for college. Sharon loves the sun and warm weather and enjoys spending time with her friends and family and often visits Hull, MA.

Feel free to stop by anytime during normal business hours for a FREE estimate by our certified, expert staff. We are conveniently located in downtown Nashua at 32 Mason Street. Please call us for an appointment to receive your free estimate. Our normal business hours are Monday-Thursday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Should you be involved in an accident after hours and request to be towed to our shop we have an after hours key drop.
